Rooms could really benefit from a thorough cleaning!!! Heating needs addressing, as chilling in the cold corners isn't fun for anyone!!! Common spaces felt quite cramped during busy times, which affects cozy comfort!!!

disappointing service

I thought this was supposed to be a nice getaway, but the shower room had that lovely brown plastic carpet from probably the 1980s. I was looking forward to a complimentary upgrade to my twin room, but alas, they wouldn't even change my mattress that had dirt in it. Disappointing doesn't quite cover it.

Skiing was hella fun with short walks to attractions. The pub had live music. Rooms felt a bit outdated, and the heating could be better. It could get quite chilly at times. It's worth it for the unique Finnish vibe.
